A primary purpose of soundwork is to open up a dialogue
with our inner life. Through intentional sounding
we can access and express a range of feelings, issues,
and memories. Sound, because of its vibrational nature,
can also release emotional and physical blocks and balance the bodyıs
energy field. During this participatory presentation you will experience a
variety of healing instruments such as the didgeridoo, Tibetan and crystal
singing bowls, tingshas, shruti boxes, tuning forks, and more. The healing
power of the drum and chanting will also be explored. Ann-Marie
Boudreau, along with fellow soundwork graduates from the OSoundwork
as Soulwork program at the Transformational Arts College will be
presenting this work.
